 Currently, only one Annual return may be submitted online for each Business Location.
Annual return may only be submitted online from January 1st thru April 30th, for last year, to avoid a 10% penalty.
   This application pertains to businesses tied to professional or service type businesses.  The taxpayer must file
   a return on or before April 30th of each year you own the business. If this is the first year of filing your business,
   please download the BPP Return and Asset Worksheet, mail or fax to the address on the form.
